Customers | Affiliates Withdrawal Requests
It is very easy to pay your affiliates. You can find here a list of all your affiliates withdrawal requests. You can class them by status. Paid, Pending or Canceled. You can also search by email adress. A withdrawal request contains the following details:

AFFILIATES WITHDRAWAL

  1. Search: Search for your customer email adress here
  2. Status: You can select different status of the withdrawal request
  3. How many per page: Select here how many rows you want to display per page
  4. Email: The email adress of your customer
  5. Amount: The amount of the withdrawal request
  6. Request Date: The date when the affiliate made the request
  7. Acceted/refused date: The date when the store admin solved this request
  8. Status: The status of this request. (Paid= You have paid this request) (Pending=Waiting for your payment) (Canceled=Payment was canceled)
  9. Payment method: The payment method your affiliate asked to be paid.
  10. Payment details: The payment details of your affiliate where do you have to make the payment.
  11. Actions: Once you have made the payment click the green check box. If there is a problem with the payment click the red cross icon and the amount will be refunded to the affiliate account.
  12. Pagination: You can browse here different pages

You can setup commissions to your affiliate for each services. Search for your affiliates by entering the email adress. It will display here the total number of customers they have recruited, the total earnings since the begining and the current balance. By clicking on a email adress you will be redirected to the user detailed page.


  1. Search: You can search here by entering the email address of your customer
  2. Search: You can select here how many rows you want to display per page
  3. Email: This is the email of your customers (if you click on the email you will be redirected to the user detail page)
  4. Customers: This is the number of customers this affiliate recruited
  5. Total earnings: This is the total earnings your customers earned with his affiliates
  6. Current Balance: This is the current balance customer have right now on his account
  7. Pagination here you can select different pages

Customers | Block or Unblock list
This is all the customers you have blocked on your store. For payment problems or fraud with their account. Those customer will not have access to their account anymore until you UNblock them.

To be able to UNblock a user follow this step:

  1. Search for his email adress or name
  2. Select how many customers would you like to display per page
  3. if you click his email adress you will be redirected to the user detailed page
  4. Click here to UNBLOCK the user

Once the users is UNblocked it will be visible from the customers list and will no more appears in BLOCKED.

This is all the customers you have trusted on your store. This status is right now used only for paypal orders. This means if a customer have the status TRUST customer he will not have to wait any confirmation email from paypal to receive money on his account. He will get the money in REAL TIME loaded to his account.

To be able to UNtrust a user follow this step:

  2. if you click his email adress you will be redirected to the user detailed page
  3. Click here to UNtrust the user
When a user is not trusted, and if he pays with paypal he will need to wait for the paypal verification method.

Customers | Users details and custom prices
The users details page allow you to manage your customers easily. Advanced options are included we will explain here how to use them



  1. Go to the customers list and click any email of your customer you will arrive on user detail page
  2. Select the prefered language to comunicate with your customer
  3. Edit the newsletter settings
  4. The activtiy of your customer such as the registration date, the last deposit made on their account, the credits available, the total amount of credits bought, the email adress.
  5. You can find more details from the bio personal information such as company name, first name and last name, adress, if facebook connected or not, The affiliate email adress or Direct registration if this customer do not have affiliates. You can also generate a new password and send it to the customer email.
  6. Add credits to your customers directly from here. Enter the amount in USD always. Click Add button. This function will generate a deposit order. It will also generate an invoice for your customer. And send an email to your customer to confirm the credits has been added to his account. You can customize this email from email settings.
  7. Quick view of latest deposits. Click view all on the right to see all the deposits made by this customer.

  1. Quick look of the latest requests of your customer. Click view all on the right to display all the latest requests from this customer.
  2. View latest affiliates requests from this customers and commissions. Click view all on the right to display all the latest affiliates requests from this customer.




Advanced actions to manage your customers, supporter and staff easy as follow

  3. Block or unblock a customer. Blocked users will appears in Blocked users list
  4. Enable or disable supporter. If you have staff to help for support on your website you can enable his account by clicking here. They will have access to your customers, requests and sales including dashboard. But they will not be able to make any changes.
  5. Enable or disable admin access. If you have partners and you need to give them access to requests, customers, sales, dashboard and statistics.
  6. Enable or disable access. If you would like to use another person to confirm the western union payment. He will have access to western union confirmation page ONLY.
  7. Click here to view the complete history of your customer account
  8. Login to your customer account directly without entering his username and password
  9. Will reset to 0 the curent balance of this user account

Make custom price and discount to your customer has never been so easy



  1. Click here to make discounts for a special customer
  2. Click here to display solutions and services and make discount for a customer

  4. Giving discount to all solutions for a customer is not recommended. But you can still doing it here. By default the margin is 100% on your customers. For exemple if you want to have a margin of 80% (this means 20% discount for the customer) simply enter 80. A email will be sent to your customer with the new custom prices you have setup.
  5. Click Apply Percent button
  6. Click here to delete all custom price for this customer
  7. Search for a special service or solution
  8. If you see a solution in red it means there is something wrong with the price you sell to this customer please check it.
  9. This is the name of the service or solution or product
  10. The price you are selling for one unit for registered members on your site
  11. The original cost price you are paying for one unit
  12. The commission for affiliates per unit
  13. You can set your own custom price here
  14. Click save will save only one custom price for selected service only

Please note that inside the email body there are some tags (eq: {{USER.REAL_NAME}}) if you wish to make the emails have the proper information don't delete them. Requests | Manage the unlocks from my customer
The unlock request page is built to make your job easy while managing your customers requests. you can see easily how your store is running. Every single jobs or requests including unlock, activations, sms, and all others mobile phone tools and services will appears here. All requests are processed automatically 24/7 ! YES, even when you sleep your store is making money ! First of all we will explain the different status used here.

  • PENDING means your request is currently waiting to be solved. Please refer to the estimated delivery time to know when it should be ready
  • SOLVED will display all solved requests and jobs done
  • REFUNDED requests means we could not deliver the service and you and your customer got money back
  • VERIFYING allow your to ask us to verify a SOLVED request. Because he estimates it is not working and needs to be verified
  • PENDING CANCEL are the requests which your customers have asked for cancelation because the delay is over for example
  • ERROR This is usually a system error. In that case you and the customer was refunded.
Things you can do while a request is in:

PENDING:
You can ask to cancel a pending request if the customer submited a wrong request for example or if the delay is over.

SOLVED:
  • You can ask to verify a request. If your customer is saying that the job is not done properly, then the request will be verified by our admins.
  • You can refund a solved request. This means you will not get your credits back but you will refund your customer.
  • There is no reason to refund a customer unless you the request was already verified AND he sent a video showing CLEARLY the details of the item including the error message.
  • if your customer can proove this we will refund your account 100% no questions asked.
By default when you land on the requests page all requests and all dates are taken in consideration in the calculation for each status in the big boxes. Those amount are affected following the date you have selected. Now we explained the different status. We will explain here the different options of the unlock request page:

  2. Quick view how many requests are in pending. Click here to display only pending requests.
  3. Quick view how many requests are in Verifying. Click here to display only Verifying requests.
  4. Quick view how many requests are in Cancel Pending. Click here to display only Cancel Pending requests.
  5. Quick view how many requests are in Solved. Click here to display only Solved requests.

  7. Search here for a specified request id.
  8. Use the intuitive search to find requests fast. You can type serial numbers, IMEI, email adress, solution name it works with all of them at the same time.
  9. Select here a solution or services to display all the requests available
  10. Select the date where to search the request. By default the search is from TODAY only. You can select any date of your choice or click on the two crosses to search from the complete database.
  11. You can filter the results by selecting a status for the requests you are searching.
  12. Select how many requests to display per pages
  13. Press SEARCH each time you modify a selector to take the results in consideration
  14. This is the request ID (unique for each request)
  15. The status of the request right now
  16. The date when the customer sent the request
  17. The date the request was updated
  18. The solution or service name used
  19. The IMEI number or serial number, or phone number (it can be different following each service)
  20. The price you pay this request as a store
  21. The price you have sold this request to your customer
  22. The email adress of your customer who made that request
  23. The actions such as ASK CANCEL, REFUND, ASK VERIFY
  24. Click the key icon to display the results of the requests. Available only when solved or refunded.

Differents actions available (buttons):

  • Refund a customer (your customer get money back)
  • Ask to cancel a request from FuriousTeam Engine. (This will send an email to the customer when the cancel will be done)
  • Ask verify will send back the request to FuriousTeam Engine for verification

BANK ORDERS CONFIRMATION
  1. Total received: This is the total amount of payment you have received from Bank transfer since the opening of your store.
  2. Search: Search for a customer email adress
  3. Status: The status of the order. Pending: (The customer entered payment details and waiting for your confirmation). Paid: (Order has been confirmed and money added to your customer account). Canceled (The order has been canceled and no money has been added to your customer account)
  4. How many per page: Select how many rows you want to diplay per page
  5. Order id: This the order number of your customer deposit
  6. Date: The date when the order was placed
  7. Amount: The amount sent by your customer
  8. Email: The customer email adresss
  9. First Name: This is the sender First Name payment details
  10. Last Name: This is the sender Last Name payment details
  11. Country: The country from where the money has been sent

  2. Status: The status of the order. Pending: (The customer entered payment details and waiting for your confirmation). Paid: (Order has been confirmed and money added to your customer account). Canceled (The order has been canceled and no money has been added to your customer account)

  4. Order id: This the order number of your customer deposit
  5. Date: The date when the order was placed
  6. Amount: The amount sent by your customer
  7. Email: The customer email adresss. We also include a QR code so you can grab all the informations of the payment details on your phone and goes direct to western union office!
  8. First Name: This is the sender First Name payment details
  9. Last Name: This is the sender Last Name payment details
  10. Country: The country from where the money has been sent
  11. MTCN: This is MTCN (Western Union number) you need to pick up the money
  12. Status: The status of this order
  13. Enter the amount you have exactly received from western union.
  14. Click Confirm. The money will be added instantly to your customer account and an invoice will be generated into his account.
  15. If you click reject the order for example wrong payment details or any other reason please write it here so your customer will receive an email showing the reason why this payment has been rejected. You can customize the email template as well. Email ID Orders Invalid Payment.
  16. Click here to cancel the payment and no money will be added to your customer account.
TIP: You can give access to one of your staff member to manage western union. To be able to do this goes to users details page, search for the email adress you want to activate western union access, then click the button (Enable WU). This user will be now able to login on stores.furiousteam.com using his email adress and password and he will have access to the western union orders page.

Manage your sales, deposit and visitors orders easily with advanced features. There is 5 different order status for you to understand.

Paypal order do NOT need to be confirmed manually as your customer is receiving a confirmation email to his paypal email adress. As soon as he click the confirmation mail he get the money added to his account. You can still confirm manually paypal orders if you like by simply click the confirm order button.


ALL will display all order statuses
PENDING (GREY COLOR) means the order has been made from your customer but the payment has not been confirmed by you.
PAID (GREEN) means the order is paid and you have received the money
CANCELED (RED) means the order has been canceled and/or refunded
AUTOCANCEL (RED) means Paypal declined the payment for this order
BLOCKED (RED) are all the orders you have blocked

All the data loaded by default on this page are the TODAY stats. This means all numbers restart every day at 00:01 GMT+1. You can affect those numbers by selecting different dates or by searching in all dates. We will see in details here more:

  1. Display today total sales (or the date selected) this including visitor sales and deposit which have CONFIRMED status. Means PAID. You can click on the number to display only confirmed sales.
  2. This is the total of deposits confirmed for today (or the date selected) Click here to display only deposits orders.
  3. This is the total of visitors orders for today (or the date selected). Click here to display only visitors orders.
  4. This is the total amount you have to refund to your visitors orders customers because the request could not solved. This amount should always be to 0 so you can be up to date with the refunds.
  5. This is the amount of western union pending to be confirmed. Click here to display the western union payment details.
  6. This is the amount of Bank transfer pending to be confirmed. Click here to display the bank transfer payment details.
  7. This is the total of transfers made on your store
  8. Search for a customer using his email adress, products
  9. Search for an order number, transaction number (intuitive search)
  10. Select a service to display orders from that service only
  11. Select the date from and to
  12. Select search in all dates if you woud like to
  13. Select here to display a prefered order status
  14. Select a payment method to display only these
  15. Select how many rows you would like to display per page

  18. This is the order number. Each order number are unique. Always use this order number when communicating with your customer.

Paypal order do NOT need to be confirmed manually as your customer is receiving a confirmation email to his paypal email adress. As soon as he click the confirmation mail he get the money added to his account. You can still confirm manually paypal orders if you like by simply click the confirm order button.


ALL will display all order statuses

Exemple A: Here we have an exemple with a new customer

  1. The order is under review (PENDING) (GREY COLOR). Amount 100$. We can see this is the first deposit for this customer (0 orders)
  2. If you know this customer and you have verified the paypal payment you can confirm the order manually (do this ONLY if you know personnaly this customer else wait the 24H verification from paypal)
  3. Click here to BLOCK the customer. He will not have access to his account anymore.
  4. You can cancel the order when click here. The money will not be added to the customer and you wll need to refund it manually using the same payment method used.
  5. Click here to TRUST the customer. So on his next orders using the SAME paypal email adress he will be able to make a deposit instantly. Without having to wait the confirmation link. Credits will be added instantly.
  6. The transaction number (for PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD, and SKRILL)
  7. The customer IP adress if he pays with paypal. (We are recording the IP adress when he place the order AND the ip adress when he confirms the order)

Exemple B: Here we have a regular customer

  1. We can see it is a regular customer. Already placed 7 orders for a total of 790$.

Manage your deposit orders here.

Paypal order do NOT need to be confirmed manually as your customer is receiving a confirmation email to his paypal email adress. As soon as he click the confirmation mail he get the money added to his account. You can still confirm manually paypal orders if you like by simply click the confirm order button.

Visitors orders using paypal can be accepted in real time. You need to activate this option from Paypal payment method. Visitors orders are all managed automatically. You do not have to confirm any orders manually everything is automatic. Your customer will receive notifications by email following the progress of his order.

  • Enable extra curencies will allow your customers to browse the site in their own curencies. So they have a better idea of the price of each services. If you enable EUR for exemple, your customers will be able to enter a deposit as 100 EUR and the transaction will be recorded in USD.

  1. Select the default curencie for your visitors. (customers without account)
  2. If you would like to close your site for maintenance please enter the message you would like to display to your visitors
  3. Enable or Disable Maintenance Mode

Site Map
You can know generate a site map for your site, so that you can use it for example in google webmaster tools and increase the ranking of your store. There is 2 style of site map.

  • Site map for Free, Starter, Enterprise stores. Will generate a site map of your all pages included (except the dedicated phone model page)
  • Site map for Premium stores will generate a complete site map of your site. If all solutions are enabled this means you should obtain over 2 Millions links in your site map.

Once you have generated your site map you must go to your Google Webmaster Tool account and then submit every link of your site map to google.
